An outdated operating system may cause the app or its verification system to fail. Ensure your phone meets the minimum software requirements:
Apple: Must be running iOS 17 or newer (devices running anything older than iOS 17 are no longer supported).
Android: Must be running version 7.1 or newer (Android 7.0 and older versions are no longer supported).
3. Update Your Phone's Operating System
Go to your phone's settings and check for any pending system updates. Keeping your phone updated ensures compatibility with the app's security features.
If you're not receiving the SMS when logging into the website:
- Check login information: Ensure you've entered the correct details.
- Try a different browser: If nothing else works, try logging in via a different browser, such as Chrome or Safari.
