For our private customers, we support the following direct payment methods:
- Apple Pay
- MobilePay/Vipps
- Google Pay
- American Express
- EuroCard
- MasterCard
- Visa
- Visa Electron
We do not offer e-invoices or email invoicing for our private customers. Instead, you can add your payment method through our app. While in the map view, tap the Menu icon (three lines) at the top of the screen → Payment → Payment settings → Add/Change/Update payment method.
We usually charge you for your parking 1-5 days after your parking session ends.
Note: If you add a card as payment method, and park more than once on the same day, these will be charged in one single transaction. If you see a charge that is a bit higher than what you expected for a single parking, that's probably why!
Note for Apple Pay: When adding Apple Pay, you select the payment method directly in Apple Pay. So if you want to change the credit card within Apple Pay, you have to re-enter the payment method.
